Immigrated to United States at the age of 18 (1980), after graduating Armenian High School in Lebanon, moved to New York. Got into retail Sales. Selling photography cameras, electronics and computers.
Moved to Miami Florida in 1986. I opened and operated my own business of computers and electronics. After a down market in the early 90’s (1992-1993) moved to Ft Lauderdale, and switched business to a retail hobby store, with my brother (partner) we owned and operated Exotic Hobbies with three locations for a little over ten years. Until after 911 (2001), sold my share of business to my partner and made a move to Real Estate.
Accomplishments in Real Estate:
· My first article in the Florida Realtor Magazine (May issue 2006) in regards to my client relations and customer satisfaction testimonials.
· Broker / Agent Magazine cover feature and agent of the month (December 2006)
· The Miami Herald and Sun Sentinel articles in regards to the Hot Air Balloon Children’s Miracle Network fundraising event, (August 2006)
· The Miami Herald and Sun Sentinel articles 2007 Hot Air Balloon event.
· Re/Max 100% Club Award (2004, 2005, 2006 & 2008)
· Peak Performers in Hawaii (May 2007)

Community work:
Chairman of Armenian Community Center of America.
What motivates me:
Seminars, Motivational Audio CD’s, Meeting with positive people, being involved with groups such as NPI (Network Professionals Inc.), Toastmasters, and Buffini & Company (By Referral System).
Favorite hobbies:
Love Florida for its tropical weather and the beaches,
I enjoy all kind of water sports, from snorkeling, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, kite boarding to even just laying on the beach.

Born in Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 1995, Betty Clark has made Real Estate a career choice for many reasons. She likes the feeling of helping individuals as well as families find their dream home or sell their present home.
Betty has a legal background as she worked in an attorney’s office as a legal assistance. She also has expertise in the medical field. The diversity in different fields provides unique skills such as being extremely detail and organize. She understands the legal aspects of real estate and possesses great people skills.

- Market homes in the local community by utilizing a proven successful marketing plan. Create sales brochures for each listing to profitably market the home. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Negotiate the best possible contract for clients. Work with home inspectors and appraisers to determine any and all actions that need to be taken prior to closing. Ensure that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing.
- Successfully guided homebuyers and sellers through the sale and purchase of properties. Generated lists of properties that were compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources. Coordinated appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. Established positive flow of communication with other agents, buyers and sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel and attorneys involved in the home buying and selling process. Presented purchase offers to sellers for consideration. Negotiated contracts on behalf of clients. Coordinated property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Formed relationships with other agents to assist in the purchase and sale of homes. Worked closely with clients to offer helpful services and advice. Effectively showed residential properties to potential buyers. Determined the needs of buyers and sellers and worked to satisfy those needs.
On a personal note she has two great boys and a playful lab mix dog. When she’s not out helping someone find a home or selling your home, she spends her time on hobbies such as culinary art, and fitness. She also spends a great deal on expanding her real estate and marketing knowledge to provide the best possible service you can find on any housing market.
