I came by Albert by chance in my search for my new home. I was moving from New York to Florida. Both markets and the real estate horror stories I had heard about unethical brokers resulted in some initial skepticism around calling him. But, I had three weeks to move and I knew I needed someone who could make my relocation quick and easy. When Albert answered the phone, I was immediately calmed by his friendly voice. "Good, he sounds like a nice guy," I thought to myself. So, I listened.
Albert seemed excited to help me and genuinely concerned with my needs. He knew the market. He had the established relationships with the people I needed to make things happen quickly. I trusted him.
About three days later, I traveled from New York to Miramar, Florida in excitement of finding my new dream home. Al not only rearranged his schedule to tend to my immediate needs, he even went out of his way to pick me up from the airport to take me on our scheduled appointments. That same day, I found the perfect home, so we did business.
